We visited tour restaurant this afternoon with one of our children having a gluten intolerance.
We found your staff really were very unsure on the menu for gluten free options.
After being told certain dishes were gluten free it is very obvious that this either wasn’t the case or these dishes have come into contact with gluten as our daughter is now suffering stomach cramps and severe pain.
I do think you really must educate your staff in the importance of ingredients as this could cause in severe allergy cases death!
